#179 2 minor issues with Foobar V2 current beta 26

Hello, I have to report 2 minor issues surely present (also) with the last Foobar V2 Beta 26 and even with the last 2023-03-11 Alpha:

1) Sample rate setting is not retained. I set 96kHz in the Preference -> Tools -> SACD -> (Output per device) Samplerate, but at the following application restart the settings is reverted back to 44.1kHz.
Also noted that this options, as many others, are now grayed... Not understood the meaning...

2) While switching playing from regular FLAC tracks, then a "full volume" BUMP or CLICK (depending) is heard just before starting playing the first SACD track. The problem doesn't reoccur with the other following SACD tracks. It looks to be related to the "decoder" initialization and it bypass the Foobar volume control. It doesn't matter which is the volume level, it always play a loud BUMP / CLICK.
