#175 Crashes with 0.3.2 foo_out_asio+dsd and foobar2000 v2.0 beta 12 [x64]

I recently started getting some crashes after couple seconds of playback with foo_out_asio+dsd according to foobar's crash report

Crash location:
Module: foo_out_asio+dsd
Offset: 951Bh

I attached foobar's crash reports and trace file from foo_out_asio+dsd component

Seems like the crash error is gone, tested in beta 24 x64 and x86, but I'm facing another problem, it's been happening in previous versions too, I wasn't always able to catch it, but the playback freezes on some songs and stuck repeating a last tone until I stop the playback.
