#140 Please Readd Multitrack Wavpack Support

I know that you removed Tag handling for multitrack WavPacks in 1.1.7. Ever since then, I'm unable to get foobar2000 to recognize the tags in these files even when I set the WavPack decoder above your SACD decoder. Is there anyway that you can reenable handling for multiptrack wavpack files?

It works here. I'm guessing it has something to do with the option "std tag editor" which I have checked.
