Summary: user native libs
Initial Comment:
Attempting to load a native library in a class that was
not loaded by the bootstrap class loader generates a
segmentation fault.
The native library list is not check for emptiness in
Java_java_lang_Runtime_nativeLoad().
The patch included fix that problem.

The correct fix is to initialize correctly the tail list
pointer. This have been fixed in CVS.
