[Sablevm-user] the first time use

It is my first time to try SableVM, and I got some installation problems.

First of all, it needs popt package, then I downloaded it.
Then 'popt' needs 'gettext', and I download it.
Now, for some reasons, 'gettext' is not installed correctly, but I will
look at it. 

At this stage, I think what about make things simple for the first time
users by providing packaged 'popt' and 'gettext', rather than spending
time to figure out how to setup them.
