Initial Comment:
Please wrap instances of #include <malloc.h> within
#ifdef HAVE_MALLOC_H . There are two instances
in the sablevm-native-library tarball.

<malloc.h> is a Linux-specific thing. All the world
does not use Linux, sorry :-)
