I would say upstream because I don't touch these files, but I will
need to have a look at the actual problem to make sure.

If you want I could delay it and keep it in my sandbox if the problem
can be fixed soon then merge once it's fixed.

But I don't want to freeze staging to CP 0.07 until next SableVM is
release.  Staging needs to keep going...  Otherwise, when CP 0.08 will
be ready, we will still be at CP 0.07 and won't have time to test CP
0.08.
