[Sablevm-developer] JNI implementation

Hi,

There are a few JNI functions such as GetSuperClass, IsAssignableFrom
that have most functionality implemented in the reflection native methods=
.
I will borrow the implementation for now but eventually, we may want
to factor out this functionality and reorganize the code.
