Hi I would like to first thank the developers for providing me the OQL grammar for syntax verification and parse tree creation. I wanted to use this engine to interface with some of my Objects and thus create an OQL like language to query these objects. Though I would not use an OODBMS as that would complicate and slow down the performance - the objects are already there to be referenced. The main goal is fast and easy querying of objects residing locally in the same directory. I wanted to know if this can be done with your OQL engine and if so, could you please point to the source where I should be looking into. Also any other guidelines to interface the engine with the objects would be really helpful. Thanks Regards Sameer |

Hello, NZDIS KIF and NZDIS OQL users, Both projects are going more into the Open Source development model: the development and maintenance of NZDIS KIF and NZDIS OQL grammars, parsers and tools will be hosted and managed on SourceForge sablecc project, as seperate submodules. The latest releases and codebase (in CVS) is already hosted there: http://sourceforge.net/projects/sablecc Together with this change, the mailing lists (nzdis-kif and nzdis-oql) and appropriate archives are moved to SourceForge. Both lists are merged into a single mailing list at: sab...@li... http://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/sablecc-nzdis NO ACTION IS REQUIRED FROM YOUR PART. You will be resubscribed to this new mailing list system automatically. There will be shortly a new release of SableCC parser generator with the support for some related tools generation, which will be followed by the maintenance releases of both KIF and OQL parsers. For interested parties there is also commming FIPA Agent Communication Langauage (FIPA ACL) and FIPA Semantic Language (FIPA SL) parsers.
