#1 use vboxd functionality to simplify sab4isdn

Let vboxgetty record the messages as ususal.
Access the messages using vboxd which provides a
uniform, consistent interface so that sab4isdn doesn not
have to worry about storage, etc.
This also enables the sab4isdn appication to be on
another machine than the vbox server. (scaling...)
You don't even need isdnlog anymore for the number
info! (also an advantage) (since vbox logs the info)
