[S3tools-general] eu-south-1 region problems

Hi,
I try to install and configure s3cmd as always.
I have to move a zip file from ec2 instance to related bucket (both EC2 and S3 bucket are in eu-south-1).
After I launching the script this is the error message:

"ERROR: S3 error: 400 (IllegalLocationConstraintException): The eu-south-1 location constraint is incompatible for the region specific endpoint this request was sent to."

If I move the bucket from Milan to Frankfurt (eu-central-1) it works.
If the bucket is in Milan (eu-south-1) it seems it doesn't work.

Is there something like a access block or similar?
Is there a way to use s3cmd on eu-south-1?
