I was trying to create a buck this on a CentOS 5 machine ( centos-release-5-1.0.el5.centos.1 ) running python version python-2.4.3-19.el5.  I received this error message while trying to create a bucket using a syntax like this "s3cmd mb s3://foobucket".  I am using version 0.9.8 of s3cmd.

    response = s3.bucket_create(uri.bucket(), cfg.bucket_location)
NameError: global name 'cfg' is not defined
