Just like the guy in S3 Reduced Redundancy Thread , I wonder if it's somehow possible to set the RRS ("Reduced Redundancy Storage") "header" for existing content, without having to re-upload or copy all the data.
Can this be done?
I don't believe that this is possible (but I'm not sure). As a workaround you could create a new bucket and 's3cmd mv …' the content of the old bucket to the new one. AFAIK Intra-S3-traffic will not be charged!
