When defining an incorrect bucket, no error is thrown.
For example:
I am using the command : s3cmd put -r --acl-public foo/ s3://bae/
But my bucket is really called s3://bar/ , I have made a typo.
It tries to upload, then tries again with throttling and keeps going without throwing an error that the bucket does not exist.
