#2 Rationalise the Py2App imports
There are currently py2app related imports in both py2app_setup.py and salstat.py. I want to rationalise this state of affairs.
At the same time there are a few files which py2app doesn't currently copy to the salstat.app bundle. Make a script file to do the copying of these extra files.
