#72 CTRL + send (non-standard) characters

sending non-standard characters via the send facility is useful, but not yet implemented in a way to allow sending combinations of characters/keys, such as "ctrl" + "PG UP" or any other combination where special purpose keys have to be pressed at the same time. This is unfortunate in that it restricts how the session can be used. It would be better to have a mode that asks for simultaneous key presses, so that these are then sent to the server accordingly. Alternatively, there could be a way to allow users to record their own key command sequences.
