"Unable to execute file for security reasons" opening files

Hi to everybody.
I installed PuTTY 1.5.2 in my E72. Works almost good, except any file opening. For example, if I try to import a host profile, or when I try to assing a private file in a profile, says "Unable to execute file for security reasons". This happens with E72 firmware 22.x and 31.023.
Below is a screenshot. I hope this can helps you.
Error screenshot. The message in Spanish says "Unable to execute file for security reasons"
Looking at comments online, it looks like this may have nothing to do with PuTTY and is commonly related to applications installed on the memory card. The phone stores hashes for binaries installed on the memory card in the built-in memory, and if that hash store becomes invalid or empty (for example when the phone is formatted or after a firmware update) the phone refuses to run binaries from the memory card.
By the sounds of it PuTTY itself is fine, but I'm guessing you may have plugins such as recognizers installed on the memory card that get executed when you try to open a file open dialog? Could you try this without a memory card present (reboot the phone in between)? If that helps the best bet may be to format the memory card, or remove \sys\bin using a PC card reader. Take backups first!
Thanks for your answer.
Fortunately, E72 has 240MB available in C:, so I normally install all the apps in the internal memory. I don't have any recognizer installed in the cellphone. In fact, I tried with the cellphone freshly formatted, and the message appeared.
I did what you said. I shut off the phone, took of the memory, an turned on again. Tried to run PuTTY, perfect. When I select "Import", "Export", or when I try to choose a private key to use in a profile, the message still appears.
This problem only happens in E72. I have a E71, and doesn't have this problem.
Thanks in advance.
Same Problem on E75. On first install of Putty everything works, but after a time this error occurs. reinstalling on phone or memory card doesn't help :(

I was having the same issue on my Nokia E7, after some searching I found:
http://discussions.europe.nokia.com/t5/Nseries-and-S60-Smartphones/quot-Unable-to-execute-file-for-security-reasons-quot/td-p/909675
There it was suggested to remove mounted webdav shares from the file manager.
Even unmounted webdav shares prevented me from adding a private key to a putty profile, with the error "Unable to execute file for security reasons". However, removing all webdav shares from the file manager allowed me to add a private key in putty.
