what is the best traffic generator for genarating parallel multiple TCP 
flows?

How about Iprf(https://iperf.fr/)?

Ryu-BOOK use iperf to generate UDP traffic.
(iperf supports TCP, UDP, SCTP)

Another solution would be to use D-ITG (http://traffic.comics.unina.it/software/ITG/).
