Hi,

Currently, Ryu does not support OpenFlow version 1.1.
Ryu supports 1.0, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4 and 1.5 now.

AFAIK, OpenFlow 1.0 and 1.3 seem to be more popular among developers.
How about using OpenFlow 1.3?
