#1 SHIFT BackSpace should equal BackSpace

When I use rxvt in "DEC" BackSpace mode (default),
I am annoyed by the handling of the SHIFT BackSpace
key.

When I type BackSpace, I get '^?' (OK).
When I type SHIFT BackSpace to correct a typo while
typing CAPITALS, I expect the same behaviour as
when typing lowercase caracters.

So I suggest that:
1) SHIFT BackSpace sends the same character as
BackSpace alone
2) CONTROL BackSpace continues to switch BackSpace
as before
* BackSpace = '^?'
* SHIFT BackSpace = '^?'
* CONTROL BackSpace = '^H'
* CONTROL SHIFT BackSpace = '^H'

I have attached the code modification I suggest.

    The modification is the following:

    file rxvt-2.7.8/src/command.c, line 248:
    Replace
    ^ !!(shft | ctrl)) ? '\b' : '\177');
    with
    ^ !!ctrl) ? '\b' : '\177');
