#11 Manpage with hyphens instead of minus signs

Hallo,

the manpage contains a lot of stroke signs (eg. in
option names) but they are not escaped properly. So
groff renders them not to minus signs (most often meant
in option names) but to unicode hyphens. Nice to see
but not so good to copy-paste the options (not accepted
by getopt ;).

Also, this yodl helper does strange things, there
unresolved macros calls in the manpage, see
