#1 Error in Event Viewer when trying to run debug

when I try to run the debug console app, i get the following error:

not sure exactly what is going on, i just cannot seem to get the system to work. it is possible that i have the configuration files wrong (since i cannot seem to get it to dump when connecting after putting in the example sql, 10.1.1.0/24)

please help!
