Include two bug fixes, update docs, repackage relese.
Bug Fixes: A bug has been fixed in RvTestCase case that would report wrong field names for certain types of nested messages. A bug has been fixed in RvListen related to the writing of carriage returns. A new utility, RvPlay, was created to play back messages recorded by RvListen.

Out of the box examples included. New rvlisten program to help generate test data. Source included in download. Have fun!

Basic functionality works. Need to kick the tires a bit and get some feedback.
