Not at this point, however there's been a lot of discussion about just that on
the rpm mailing list recently and I've been thinking about it... shouldn't be very
hard to implement, I'll be looking doing it when I get back home, this weekend.

Yes.  It also should be rather easy to automate... of course you can always do it
manually, by creating the file and having it installed in the right place.  Check
the rust-X.X-X/desktop/rust.* files in the source to see how I did it.
