Minor update to configure script

A minor update (runjags_2.0.3-1.tar.gz) is now available on the files page. This contains improvements to the configure script which should allow easier compilation against JAGS 3 and 4 (particularly on Windows). See the README file inside the package directory for more instructions - if that doesn't help and you are still having problems installing this package then please let me know!
