Localized bundles for RUNA WFE are provided for English, French, German and Russian Those individual that would like to see their language bundles in future released should localize following bundles struts.properties tab_en.properties from http://cvs.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.py/runawfe/runawfe/resources/web/WEB-INF/classes/struts.properties?rev=1.1.1.1&view=log
bundles must be encoded as UTF-8
