#57 portable version of RUFUS

after a few problems with U-Torrent download speed and no magnet link support, i found RUFUS just as neat and bit faster. I've beeing using it for a long while now and had no problems, except that i'd truly like it to have a portable version too, so i can integrate it into my Liberkey Apps.
