#50 Bluetack Block List integration

Integrate the bluetack blocklist to block honeypot IP
collectors and garbage bittorrent contributors.
Similar too PeerGuardian or SafePeer for Azureus.

I couldn't find a mention of it in the forums or the
feature reqeuests, sorry if it has already been
implimented.

There is a Linux version of PeerGuardian, btw. It's
actually just an import of the bluetack lists to
firewall settings.
