#37 ETA for completed downloads

I would love to have an EstimatedTimeofArrival feature
for already completed downloads so in that way, you
could see when a torrent should stop seeding when you
set a torrent on i.e. 125%. (like in ABC bitorrent)

I like the way this project is going to . Please don't
bloat it! ;)
