Campervan - 2005-03-08

I would love to have an option to always have a torrent coming down.. Just have rufus to pause the torrent that has the most amount of seeds to peers or the lowest upload speed.  When all torrents are down it woudl just unpause the torrents that arent at 1:1 or whatever and seed them..
