    This would make sense and would avoid the issue of always maxing out a connection to utlise your bandwidth...more of a long term seeding/downloading issue with always transferring connections, which most of us have

      Im a big fan of the always have one torrent downloading. Just a simple, have Rufus re-queue the torrent with the slowest speed, or the leas amount of seeds and start a new torrent..
