Was wondering if it was possible to set the maximum number of connections. I have found where I can limit number of connections for each torrent but I want to limit the number globally. My understanding is that regardless of the upload/download throttling a router can only handle a relatively small number of connecting (I think often 255). It is therefore the global number you are using is very important.
Also has anyone got any ideas as to why even if Rufus is only using a small amount of bandwidth (Under 15kb in eatch direction on a 512k connection, 63 connections) does my internet connection become very slow (Google home page taking almost 10 seconds)? Are there any settings I can change that may help?
