#42 install script problem

The install script is formatted for DOS line breaks.
That is really annoying. dos2unix can fix that, or use
the online tool at this URL to convert it. I don't
think the Windows procedure uses the install script,
but if it does, a second version called "install-win"
in DOS text would work.
