#41 "Scan and load torrents" doesn't work

I've checked the "Scan and load unloaded .torrents
every x min", trying both 1 and 2 minutes. However,
after adding a file ending in ".torrent" in the
directory given as "Incoming downloads go here",
nothing happens.
