#38 maximize makes rufus not respond.

every time i maximise rufus from restore down spot, it
freezes rufus, makes gui go white and then wont minmize
down to icon. task manager says its not responding.
when i restart it, after i kill process, quick start is
off so it rehashs. using windows xp pro.
