#37 Cannot move files from finished folder

Windows XP SP2 - Version 0.6.9

When a file completes and is moved to my finished folder,
I am not able to move it from the folder to another
folder.

When I finish seeding a file, I move it to a different
folder for archiving. With 0.6.9 I cannot move it
until I close Rufus. It seems that rufus is locking
access to the file.

Any ideas on how I can fix this. I am often
downloading large files and don't want to have to stop
and start rufus constantly.
