The first warning could focus the buffer, but subsequent ones should simply be logged without changing the window configuration.

    Warning are displayed using `warn' which is a shorthand for `display-warning' with certain arguments. I think, I will use display-warning with appropriate arguments to allow fine-grained control over warning display.

    Starting from bzr:231, warning messages are submitted using `display-warning', mostly with low priority. This should prevent unimportant warnings from raising the warnings buffer. If a different behavior is desirable, the options in the "warnings" customization group can be used.
