Decision regarding CodeGenie

I have determined that, for now at least, the Codegenie framework is more complex than I want to deal with for this project. Instead, I am going to branch a project called "WeBudget", starting off by building a "Dave Ramsey" budget wizard onto that. That project already has functionality to create and store monthly budgets as well as a rudimentary checking account ledger. Code commenting in that project is very poor, however, so I will be focusing a great deal of effort on getting their code properly commented so that we can tell what does what. For all that, it's pretty straightforward stuff. Look for CVS to be updated appropriately probably tonight or tomorrow at the latest.
