Change Of Direction

The decision has been made, for a variety of reasons, to switch to a web-based PHP environment. The reasons are many but ease of development is high on the list. I've looked at several PHP applications and am well pleased with what I see. Plus, using the XAMPP platform even apps intended solely for local use on a single computer can be easily accomplished. Thus, Rubysteps is becoming PHPSteps. A name change may come about in the future though that will probably mean creating a new sourceforge project. For now, we'll stay here, but file releases will reflect the new name.
