#2 Update dbi, add rd2

Hi,

Thanks for a great package. I noticed that the DBI
package is a bit outdated. Right now you're including
0.18 while the latest DBI is 0.21.

Also, any chance of adding rd2 to the distro? I
generally prefer it over rdoc for simple packages.
