[Rubydotnet-developer] Compiling ruby extension modules

Do any of you guys know whether you can build ruby extension modules with 
Visual Studio .net, or do you need Visual Studio/C++ 6.0? I'd be building 
them to be used with the pragprog ruby dist for windows.
