You could try:

sudo ditto /Users/loser/Desktop/RubyCocoa-0.12.0/template/ 
ProjectBuilder  /Developer/Library/Xcode/Project\ Templates

Assuming that /Developer/Library/Xcode/Project\ Templates exists on  
your system.
