I had assumed that SL was shipping with 1.0 - now I see it's 0.13.2. My app is running 1.0 (you wrote 1.1.0 - did you mean that or 1.0.0?) under 10.6 and 10.5, but the GUI isn't RubyCocoa I'm afraid, so I can't be more help.
