I'm writing a RubyCocoa book, and I want to support both people using  
Xcode and people using their own editor + rake. So I needed a single  
setup that would work well in both cases. (I myself use Aquamacs to  
edit, but oddly use Xcode to run the app - which is an F4-F4 keystroke  
for me.)
