After the install is complete and I reboot, my system
comes back up, but explorer.exe is all messed up. I
can't click the start button, and it isn't updated at
all and I have to boot into safe mode. If I then go
to add/remove programs and remove ruby166-0 everything
is back to normal.

This is on Windows 2000 sp2 with all the latest hot
patches.

I got hold of 1.6.7 that isn't an actual install, but
a zip and if I just unzip into c:\ruby all is well.
