#1 Figure out how to do better prompting.

We need to think of a consistent way to prompt the user at the end of messages. Before accepting input, we should have a prompt. When events happen (i.e., someone walks in the room), we should re-prompt, and at the end of battle rounds, we sohuld have a prompt.
