I checked your website.

* <title>Ruby-Gnome2</title> => Ruby-GNOME2.
* In "Links" page, I think Ruby-Lang.org, Gtk.org, Gnome.org seems 
  strange expression. It is better to use each website's "title".
* In "Links" page, click the anchors, it is better to show the next page
  on top of the window?
  #Now, they show in a main frame.
