The layout/look is awesome. This tutorial is off to a great start. Thank 
you for doing this!

Can I suggest using a fixed width font in the code samples? I wouldn't say 
anything, but I suffer serious cognitive dissonance whenever I see code in 
a proportional font and have trouble believing that it's actually code. :)
