What is the status of GTK4 support (under Windows)? I get an error very

This is Ruby 3.0.2 installed by RubInstaller on Windows (x64-mingw32).

I am just starting to learn GTK for some UI apps I need to develop, 
never developed with GTK before (especially not under Windows).

I hope this is only my mistake and this is supposed to work.
