#141 Gst::Bin docs out of date

http://ruby-gnome2.sourceforge.jp/hiki.cgi?Gst%3A%3ABin describes a method called "iterate", but "iterate" doesn't exist in reality.

Please update the Gst::Bin docs to match the actual code.
